Adults are motivated to learn something new when they understand that this learning can result in benefits. Therefore, to facilitate the desired behavioral change process, our interventions are based on the 4As Principle.
Having the opportunity to reflect on their actions and behaviors, reaching the AHA! moment. This reflection is based on experiential activities, simulations, case studies, and role-playing.
Through reflection – individually and/or in groups – participants have the opportunity to ACQUIRE knowledge, techniques, and tools to support the desired changes;
Their “acquisitions” will then be applied, with a specific time provided to APPLY them through training with practical cases;
In this way, participants will be prepared to take ACT, applying the knowledge acquired to their daily lives.
